How I can support

  • 1:1 sessions focused on your main concerns. With specialty in anxiety disorders, we can focus on anything under that umbrella such as OCD and panic disorder. I can also help support you through major life transitions and general feelings of being lost.

  • Bring you and your partner(s) to work on attunement, communication skills, and creating a relationship that is fulfilling for everyone. We can work through life changes (premarital, parenting support) and can support any relationship dynamic (LGBTQ+, ENM, Poly, Kink).

  • Come alone or with your partner (pun intended). We will break down the current issues, where they come from and create structured support to increase sexual intimacy.
